As we reach the end of a tough year, we look at burnout and how to deal with it.

Here are some tips on dealing with burnout, courtesy of TEN81:

• Take a long vacation if you can (wouldn’t we all like this one?)
• Re-evaluate your priorities
• Identify the sources of stress
• Address the stressors and eliminate the ones you can
• Force yourself to slow down
• Too much of one thing can cause burnout. Change to something new
• Get help fast when you see the signs of burnout
